If other residents are around, they’ll be told you’re coming and when you’re leaving.
Otherwise, you are an anonymous visitor. No one will even notice you.

About our locations
The spaces we turn into Other Places for you are carefully selected.
Each is isolated from the main residence and internal access ways are locked.
All have private external doors and are accessible from the street.
The owner provides the room, internet, heat and cooling and may not interact with you.
We bring in our own furniture and fittings.
Linen and towels are replaced fresh every time. Bottled water is complimentary.
We clean each room after every visit. By the time you see it, it is spotless.

Who or what is Joshie?
Joshie is our AI assistant who helps you with bookings, answers questions, and more. He’s still learning, so If you're frustrated with him, have a complaint, or have an emergency, he can connect you with a human agent.
What ID do you accept?
We accept any government-issued ID and will ask you to provide a selfie. In almost every case, we can approve you for a room instantly.
What if I’m late arriving?
Let Joshie know. We can change the start time of your booking most of the time.
What if i have a problem?
First, tell Joshie, and he’ll get someone for you. Our guest services team is available 24/7 and will handle any issue you have. We will take care of everything from room issues right through to emergencies.
Do unused room visits roll over?
No, your available room visits do not roll over. If you have room visits remaining at the end of your billing cycle, they will be forfeited. We will recommend a better plan for you if the one you selected isn’t the best match for your use.
Can I extend?
We do not offer extensions.You can book another room and move to that in less than 15 minutes if you need more time. If you are late leaving your room by 30 minutes or more this will happen automatically.
When will I know where my room is
Joshie will text you the location of your room between 15 and 20 minutes before your booking begins. The room will be less than a mile from your present location and will be the closest one that’s available right now.
Can I have a guest in my room?
Yes, you can have 2 plus yourself. More than 3 people are not allowed. The primary guest must be present at all times. Your reservation will immediately be canceled if you allow any additional guests beyond 3.
Are kids allowed
Yes, so long as the primary guest is present at all times. Kids may not be left unsupervised in our rooms. Each kid counts as 1 guest no matter their age.
What if I am late leaving?
If you are more than 30. minutes late leaving, you will be assigned another room you can go to close to your present one. Our cleaning staff will ask you to leave the expired room if you have still not left when they arrive.
